Regarding Your Visit

  • Admission requires a designated date/time admission ticket
  • Admission Tickets cannot be changed, refunded, or reissued after purchase.
  • Visitors must select their preferred date and admission time slot in advance when purchasing tickets.
  • Please arrive at the time printed on your ticket. Late arrivals may be denied entry, and refunds will not be issued.
  • Show tickets on your smartphone or show your QR code in print. Please you (purchaser) and companion enter the venue together absolutely.
  • There is no waiting area before admission begins. Please avoid arriving excessively early.
  • Please prepare appropriately for the weather conditions on the day of your visit.
  • Entry to the official shop alone is not permitted. An Admission Ticket is required. Visitors may enter the shop only after experiencing the exhibition
  • Payment at the official shop is limited to one transaction per person per admission.
  • Overnight waiting or arriving early in the morning is strictly prohibited. The organizers are not responsible for accidents or issues caused by overnight or early-morning visits.
  • Final admission is at 19:00.
  • Visitors using wheelchairs, strollers, or requiring assistance may receive priority entry at staff discretion.
  • Large luggage such as suitcases and carry cases are not allowed inside the venue. There are no lockers or baggage storage services available.
  • Pets are not allowed, except for certified service animals.
  • Please use nearby paid parking facilities if arriving by car. No parking is available at the venue.
  • Trading or selling items related to the event within or around the venue is prohibited.
  • Visitors with “Elementary School,” “Junior High School,” or “High School” tickets may be asked to show student identification.
  • Bags and belongings may be inspected upon entry.
  • Dangerous items, flammable materials, strong-smelling items, fresh flowers, or other items deemed unsafe by staff may not be brought inside.
  • Exhibition content may change without notice.
  • Event information is subject to change without prior notice. Be sure to check the latest updates and notices on the official website before attending.

Regarding Viewing the Exhibition

  • This is not a timed replacement system; visitors do not need to leave after a fixed period.
  • The exhibition route is one-way only. Re-entry to previous areas is not permitted.
  • Re-entry is not allowed once you leave either the exhibition venue or official shop.
  • Photography is permitted only in designated areas and only with smartphones/tablets. Flash photography, selfie sticks, tripods, video recording, and audio recording are prohibited. Cameras such as DSLRs and compact cameras are not permitted. Please be considerate of other visitors when taking photos. Photos may only be used for personal purposes. Livestreaming by general visitors is strictly prohibited.
  • Please set phones to silent mode and refrain from making calls inside the venue.
  • Do not touch the exhibits.
  • There are no smoking areas inside the venue.
  • Media coverage may occur during the exhibition period. Photos/videos taken inside may appear in media or social media coverage.
  • Please follow all staff instructions and posted rules.
  • Visitors who fail to comply may be denied entry or asked to leave.
  • The organizers are not responsible for theft, loss, or misplaced belongings.
  • “Aim for the Highest Peak!!” captures and processes images during the experience and stores them in the cloud for 30 days.
  • The organizer will not use the captured images for any purpose other than this content experience.
  • Distribution of the 2D barcode displayed as part of the experience results to an unspecified number of people, as well as use of the 2D barcode for purposes other than downloading the image, is prohibited. Please note that 2D barcode cannot be reissued.
  • Due to the nature of the sensing technology used in the experience content, results may contain slight inaccuracies.
  • Guests who are feeling unwell, are injured, are pregnant, or may be pregnant are asked not to participate in the experience booth.
  • The organizer assumes no responsibility for any accidents or troubles resulting from failure to follow the rules of the experience booth or the instructions of staff members.

Regarding Tickets

<General Ticket Information>

  • Admission requires a designated date/time Admission Ticket.
  • Tickets cannot be changed, refunded, or reissued after purchase.
  • Tickets must be purchased in advance with a selected date and time slot.
  • Please arrive at the designated time printed on your ticket. If you arrive late for your designated entry time, we may refuse entry on the day of the event. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
  • If you arrive late for your designated entry time due to unavoidable circumstances, such as public transportation delays, you will be permitted to enter on that day only. Please follow the staff’s instructions.
  • Admission will be guided by our staff. There is no waiting area available until the guided admission begins. Please refrain from arriving too early, as this may inconvenience other guests and cause congestion.
  • Please prepare appropriately for the weather conditions on the day of your visit.
  • Up to four tickets may be purchased at once.
  • Resale of tickets for commercial purposes is prohibited.
  • High school students may enter using an “Adult” ticket; however, the difference in ticket price will not be refunded, and the Admission Ticket cannot be canceled or refunded. The same policy applies to “Junior High School” and “Elementary School” ticket holders.
    In addition, visitors with an “Adult” ticket category may not enter using a “High School,” “Junior High School,” or “Elementary School” ticket; visitors with a “High School” ticket category may not enter using a “Junior High School” or “Elementary School” ticket; and visitors with a “Junior High School” ticket category may not enter using an “Elementary School” ticket, even if they offer to pay the difference in price.
  • Visitors may need to wait before entering during crowded periods.
  • Tickets are required for elementary school students and older.
  • Preschool children may enter free (up to two children per accompanying adult age 18 or older with a ticket).
  • Visitors with disability certificates must also purchase tickets, but one caregiver may enter free upon presentation of valid documentation.
  • Free-admission visitors do not receive visitor bonuses and cannot purchase goods in the official shop.
  • An Admission Ticket is required to use the official shop.
  • Student ID may be required for youth tickets.

<General Sales Notes>

  • Tickets are available in limited quantities and may sell out.
  • General sales are first-come, first-served. Previously sold-out slots may reopen if unpaid reservations expire.
  • Up to four tickets may be reserved per entry session.

<Limited-Quantity Goods Bundle Ticket Notes>

  • These tickets include both an Admission Ticket and a merchandise exchange voucher. The merchandise is exclusive to this ticket package and will not be sold in the official shop.
  • Merchandise is distributed at the venue only.
  • Merchandise designs and contents may change.
  • Exchanges are only available for defective items.
  • Sales end once quantities run out.

<Audio Guide Ticket Notes>

  • Audio Guide Tickets include an Admission Ticket and an audio guide voucher.
  • The 12 guide characters are divided into 3 groups; visitors choose one group at reception.
  • Audio guides are accessed via your own smartphone or tablet using a dedicated app.

  • Please bring your own earphones/headphones. Same-day audio guide sales are also available (900 yen).
  • Audio guides cannot be purchased or used without an Admission Ticket.

  • Audio guides are available in Japanese only.
  • Some content may differ by venue.
  • Audio guides cannot be enjoyed outside the venue.
  • Recording or redistribution of audio guides is prohibited.
  • Please be mindful of the volume so as not to disturb other visitors while using the audio guide.
  • Smartphones, earphones, headphones, and similar devices are not available for sale or rental.
  • Charging services for smartphones, earphones, headphones, and similar devices are not available. Please note that refunds cannot be issued if your device runs out of battery during use.

Q. Cancellations / Changes

Cancellations / Changes are not possible for this ticket after confirming your order. Please transfer your ticket (QR code) to your friend or family, if you can not go. We prohibit the resale of tickets at higher than our original prices for the purpose of profit. We will ask you to another time slot if you will be late at the specified time listed on your ticket(You may have to wait for your admission depending on be crowded).
